In lungs of whispers, breath constrained,
A symphony of struggle, an unyielding chain,
Asthma's touch, a tempest's woe,
In fleeting winds, it ebbs and flows.

A gasping dance with invisible strings,
Where wheezing notes a melody brings,
Constricting airways, a cruel embrace,
A battle fought in every breath's space.

Yet courage blooms midst wheezy fears,
Defying limitations, pushing through the tears,
Inhaler's hiss and doctor's care,
Together warriors fight, repair.

With open hearts, they find the way,
To seize each moment, come what may,
Asthma's grip may tighten, but they persist,
Living boldly through the mist.

So let us stand beside those souls,
Whose chests tighten in asthmatic tolls,
In unity, we'll strive and cope,
With hope as vast as lungs can hope.

  1. Its like you read my mind! You appear to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with a few pics to drive the message home a little bit, but other than that, this is fantastic blog. A great read. I’ll certainly be back.
