Cocci, tiny and round,
A world in itself, unbound,
Microscopic and yet profound,
In life's cycle, tightly wound.
In clusters, they thrive and grow,
A colony, a bustling show,
A world we cannot see, but know,
A life force that continues to flow.
Infectious agents, some may be,
But many aid our immunity,
A world of cocci, endlessly,
A SS of life, so beautifully.
A single cell, a powerful force,
A world in which they run their course,
Cocci, so small, yet so diverse,
A reminder of life's endless verse.
