In the realm where light meets shadow's cloak,
Where mysteries dwell, within bodies bespoke,
Endoscopy's gaze, a silent guide,
Into the depths where ailments hide.

A slender probe, with lens aglow,
Ventures where hands dare not go,
Through openings small or wounds that sever,
To explore the inner world forever.

In whispered whispers, the camera's eye,
Reveals the secrets that therein lie,
A dance of cells, a silent scene,
Where health and illness interweave unseen.

For diagnosis, it holds the key,
To unlock the secrets, set them free,
Ulcers, tumors, inflammation's art,
Exposed to light, a healing start.

Yet not just a spy, but a healer too,
With tools adept, in hands so true,
Polyps plucked, and biopsies taken,
To mend the broken, hope awaken.

In the corridors of time, it strides,
A vigilant sentinel that abides,
To monitor, to track the course,
Of diseases' ebb, of healing's force.

Gastrointestinal, pulmonary too,
Endoscopy's reach, wide and true,
From bladder's depths to lungs' embrace,
It delves with skill, with gentle grace.

Colon, stomach, esophagus' reign,
Endoscopy's lens shall never wane,
A guardian of health, a beacon bright,
In the realm of shadows, a guiding light.
