Beta-blockers, a wondrous shield,
In the realm of heart, their power revealed.
Blocking epinephrine's mighty reign,
They ease the heart, dispelling strain.

For hypertension's heavy yoke,
They lift the burden, clear the smoke.
Angina's pain, they swiftly chase,
Bringing calm in their embrace.

In heart's failure, they stand tall,
Improving life, preventing fall.
Arrhythmias, they gently tame,
Restoring rhythm, steady flame.

After heart attacks, they guide,
Reducing risks, with strength beside.
Migraines flee at their command,
Preventive force, a soothing hand.

Anxiety’s grip, they undermine,
Calming pulse, in peaceful line.
Atenolol, Metoprolol, their names we praise,
Propranolol, Carvedilol, in healing ways.

Bisoprolol joins this noble cause,
Each a hero with their laws.
Yet caution speaks in whispered tone,
For side effects can oft be known.

Fatigue and cold, depression's touch,
Weight gain and more, can be too much.
Asthma's breath may find them rough,
In certain hearts, they’re not enough.

Consult your healer, wise and true,
Before embarking, know what’s due.
Beta-blockers, guardians bold,
In heart’s vast story, their tale is told.
