First, the lungs expand with ease,
Then air flows in, a gentle breeze.
Because the body craves its need,
Oxygen enters, life to feed.

Meanwhile, the blood begins its quest,
Carrying air at heart’s request.
As a result, cells start to glow,
Energy surges, strong and slow.

Yet, along with breath so pure,
Come hidden dangers to endure.
For instance, smoke and toxic dust,
Linger near, betray our trust.

However, medicine finds its way,
Through misty clouds of softest spray.
Thus, an inhaler, small yet bright,
Restores the breath, renews the fight.

Consequently, relief is near,
Lungs expand, the air is clear.
Even so, some struggle stays,
Battling wheeze on certain days.

Nevertheless, each breath we take,
Supports the life we seek to make.
In the end, inhale with grace,
And cherish air’s warm embrace.
