Sarcoma

Feb 10, 2024
In silent shadows, where whispers hide,
Sarcoma lurks, a foe inside.
From bone to soft tissues, it creeps,
Where sorrow weeps and courage leaps.

In arms and legs, its presence known,
A silent force, it calls its own.
Yet diverse, in its forms it thrives,
A maze of cells, where hope survives.

From fibrous threads to nerves that weave,
In unseen realms, it dares to cleave.
Blood vessels, muscles, fat it claims,
In every corner, it inflames.

Rare among the cancers' fold,
Yet its grip is firm, its story told.
In the dance of cells, it finds its place,
A cruel reminder of life's grace.

But treatments stand, a sturdy wall,
Surgery, radiation, they heed the call.
Chemotherapy's relentless fight,
And targeted therapies, shining bright.

Early detection, a guiding light,
To conquer darkness, to set things right.
For in the battle against this foe,
Hope arises, a steady glow.

Sarcoma, a tale of courage bold,
In the midst of fear, its story told.
With every step, with every chance,
We stand together, in this dance.
